Fully customisable layouts

One of our recent conversions was designed around fitting two bikes in the garage and lots of outdoor kit without having to adjust saddles etc. The garage was 6ft long and had two bike mounts in the rear, alongside USB ports in the garage to charge lights/their electric gear systems whilst on the move. There was an external shower to hose down the bikes after a ride and a warm shower inside the van. The garage area was all clad in hard wearing phelonic coated plywood and capped with aluminium to contrast and make sure it could take the abuse of lots of dirty outdoor kit being thrown around. 

Gas Safe installation

Should your van have LPG installed, we can supply Gas Safe Certificate upon completion, giving you peace of mind that our installations are of the highest standards. We're able to install underslung LPG systems and internal gas lockers to house campingaz/calor. We can install external gas points should you want to hook up your pizza oven/barbecue to the van's gas supply. 

12V and mains supply installation

All of our vans are manufactured to the highest safety standards. We offer 12v and mains hook up in any of our vans. Whether you want ceiling fans, inverters, solar,  fridges, induction hobs, we'll be able to fit it for you, 

CAD visualisations

We'll supply you with a design package including visualisations of your build. We use Solidworks CAD (computer Aided Design) software to design all the components of your custom build, ensuring that everything will fit perfectly before we start to build you van. We are also able to use CNC routers and laser cutters to create customisable elements to your build. Despite being a small business we have a wealth of experience and resources to make sure your van is perfect for you.

Pick your base vehicle

Whilst we love a Mercedes Sprinter for it's sheer size, we're at home creating an amazing space inside any base vehicle. Previously we've completed conversions on Mercedes Sprinters (SWB + LWB), Ford Transits (MWB, LWB high roof and MWB medium roof (as pictured below). We're happy to discuss converting from any base vehicle, providing it is a sound base for a conversion. 

Versatility 

We're open to whatever your needs are, perhaps you're a family of four and want a bunk bed, or space for your dog, we can supply designs based on your ideas combined with our expertise to make sure you get the van of your dreams.

Whether you want leather handles, kilner jars mounted under your cabinets, a butlers sink, plant pots mounted, spice racks, a coffee machine installed, whatever it is, we're here to make it happen so you drive away in your dream van.
